OUR DEPARTURE

We departed 10:00am on Friday 2nd March as planned.  Weather conditions were not ideal for a motor launch with 2M seas and 25knots of wind on our stbd side.  We had to reduce speed to 11 knots to have a reasonable ride.  Stopped for Lunch at the Hen & Chicken islands where my brother Robin took a break from the helm.  We continued to Deep Water Cove in similar conditions with only sailing boats running a similar course.  Robin was pleased to see the flat water of the bay...
